"We have to understand our own emotions to manage our team"

Why do emotions matter in the workplace?

Science shows us that emotions drive behaviour. Today, organizations are looking to bring more humanity and empathy into the workplace.

Ask yourself these 3 questions:

  1. Is it important for you to be in a workplace where you know your colleagues and managers care about you and your feelings? Yes or No?
  2. Do you think understanding how your fellow workers are feeling affects how you communicate with each other? Yes or No?
  3. Do you think understanding how your clients feel is important to the success of your business? Yes or No?

If you've answered 'yes' to any of these questions, the Emotional Culture Deck workshop is for you and your team!
